SME: Creating Winning Government Proposals PART I of IV (Aurora)

Do you find navigating through the Request for Proposal (RFP) to be daunting? This 4-part training series focuses on how to create government proposals that win contracts. The formats design is for small- to mid-sized business owners, proposal managers/coordinators, business development, marketing people, and anyone tasked with developing proposals, for winning government business.
Part I INCLUDES: a) basic introduction to a proven step-by-step proposal process, b) winning proposal strategies and bid/no bid decisions, c) basics of how to read/understand an RFP, d) differentiating yourself from your competition, and e) key elements in ensuring a compliant, high-scoring proposal.
The workshop provides a combination of instruction, hands-on activities, and small group discussions; attendees will receive tools/techniques/ templates to actually use on the job the next day. Please come on time and because it starts at 12:30, you are welcome to bring your lunch. Because each of the 4 parts of this training series builds in detail upon the information in the previous workshop, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU ATTEND ALL 4 PARTS IN SEQUENCE.
