Protecting Your Company’s Intellectual Property as a Government Contractor (Westminster)

December 11, 2019 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Free

Doing business with ANY government agency is different from commercial customers. And the Federal Government is even more precarious. This is especially true when your company’s intellectual property (IP) is at stake.

Whether you sell products or services, or perform research and development, you are most likely giving the government rights to YOUR IP that you have developed or will develop in the performance of the contract. You can prevent this from happening!

At the end of this practice-oriented course, you will know the rules on how to license technical data to the government, and receive best practice tips for how to protect your company’s ‘Intellectual Property’. Taught by Subject Matter Expert Karri Palmetier, CEO of Palmetier Law.
