Ms. Penny Davis, the Small Business Liaison Officer for the University of Colorado Procurement Service Center, will explain how they buy product or services, what kinds of contracts or purchase agreements are most often used and how to market your products or services to the Universities. Her briefing will explain the several buying activities managed by the Procurement Service Center.
The Universities buy all kinds of products and services in the context of institutions of higher learning, research, teaching and medical services. If you are considering how to market to any of the Colorado Universities this information session will help you understand and learn the processes.
