Creating Winning Government Proposals PART II of IV (Westminster)

Do you find navigating through the Request for Proposal (RFP) to be daunting? This is a 4-part training series on how to consistently create government proposals that win the contract. It’s designed specifically for small- to mid-sized business owners, proposal managers/coordinators, business development, marketing people, and anyone tasked with developing proposals to win government business. 

PART II will provide advanced “how to’s” to successfully use the Part I information, including: 
a) Dissecting the RFP and converting it to a winning response 
b) Life-saving tools/techniques for planning/managing proposals 
c) Tips/tools/techniques for writing/editing high-scoring proposal sections

The workshop provides a combination of instruction, hands-on activities, and small group discussions. Attendees will receive tools/techniques/ templates to actually use on the job the next day.  Because each of the 4 parts of this training series builds in detail upon the information in the previous workshop, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU ATTEND ALL 4 PARTS IN SEQUENCE.
